2012 Qualifying Information
Acceptance Letters:
Once you see your horse's name on our qualifying list, you may confirm your entry into the horse show here! (You do not have to wait for a confirmation email or letter.)
LETTERS OF ACCEPTANCE ARE BEING MAILED TO THE APPLICANTS.
QUALIFYING DIVISIONS
Letters of acceptance will be mailed or emailed to the applicants for the qualifying divisions. (If an entry is NOT listed here on the website then it has NOT qualified for this year's horse show and is wait-listed. Cutoffs are listed on each section and wait-listed applicants will be contacted if needed due to scratches within a section.) Payment in full as billed on the acceptance invoice is to be postmarked by the specified date of return to consider the entry complete. Credit Card payments will be accepted for payment of entry fees, stabling fees, show fees, etc. Separate order forms are to be used for feed and bedding.
NON-QUALIFYING DIVISIONS
Formal letters of acceptance will not be sent for entries in the NON-Qualifying division or class such as Equitation, Leadline, Ladies Side Saddle, Saddlebred, Hackney, Harness, Roadster, Coaching, Driving, Pleasure Drive or Friesians. A canceled check or credit card statement will be your receipt, and a printed receipt will be available at the horse show. Look for class lists and time schedules on the website as the show date approaches!
Changes to Entries for any Class or Division: If you need to make changes or additions to your entry, please contact the Horse Show office as soon as possible.

Scratches: See the full prize list for rules and procedures regarding scratches from the horse show. All scratches must be done in writing.
