Special Events Before the Show
Devon offers sponsors unique opportunities year round, from targeted audiences to broad based visibility. Local and regional sponsors are particularly well suited to the many Devon events before, during and after Devon Week. There is extensive press coverage for each of the events. Black Tie and Boots Ball: Saturday, May 5, 2012
This fun and elegant event offers sponsors excellent visibility and recognition to a targeted Main Line Philadelphia audience of Horse Show supporters. Demographic: Couples age 35-60; Attendence: 350-400; Sponsorships: $1,000-$10,000
First Night at Devon: Wednesday, May 23, 2012
Hosted by the Art Gallery at Devon this event is held the night prior to the opening of the Show. Over 100 art lovers attend the event which features a preview of the art and a champagne reception. Sponsorships begin at $500.
Special Events During the Show
Many smaller sponsorship opportunities are available for various special events during the Show including:
- Junior Exhibitors Party: Friday, May 25, 2012. Quite the hit each year! Previous and/or current sponsors include SmartPak, Over the Hill Farm, Prudential, Malvern Saddlery, Rick's Heritage Saddlery, Tory Burch, and many more.
- Devon Doggie Parade: Monday, May 28, 2012. Sponsorships begin at $500.
- Ladies Day: Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Sponsorships of the annual Ladies Hat Contest begin at $500.
